When will my order ship?
We usually ship all of our orders the same or next business day. The Same Day Shipping rate is 99%. Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days.

 

Refunds and Returns

How to Return a Cartridge?
If you wish to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send us an email to service@tonerscout.com to request this form.

 

Return for Refund
Online purchases for refund must be returned within 20 calendar days from purchase date and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be shipped at the cost of the customer back to TonerScout.com to qualify for refund. All items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the item is defective, the return will not be subject to the restocking fee and will be provided a shipping label at our cost subject to confirmation that the item received is defective.

 

Return for Replacement
Online purchases for replacement must be returned within 20 calendar days from purchase date and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be received at the TonerScout.com warehouse to qualify for replacement only if the same item is still available at that time. All items returned for replacement are subject to 15% restocking fee.

 

Products Received Defective
Products received defective should be returned within 14 days from purchase date for exchange. Products must be in the condition customers received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Products disassembled by customers are disqualified for this benefit. Once the product is received and inspected by the warehouse staff (usually within 2 business days), Toner Scout will process exchange immediately. Toner Scout will provide free two way pre-paid domestic return shipping for exchange of products received defective. You must contact service@tonerscout.com to receive the return shipping label. If you choose to ship the products back on your own, Toner Scout will not be able to provide the refund of the shipping.

 

Physical Damaged in Transit
Physical damages in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation of the damages to qualify for shipping damage claim. Toner Scout will provide free two way pre-paid domestic return shipping for exchange.

 

Order Cancels
Once order was shipped, it can't be canceled.
